Custom starts from a blank page: your program, your architecture, your site. Semi-custom starts from one of our proven designs, personalized with your selections. Semi-custom is faster and more budget-certain; full custom offers the greatest flexibility in architecture, layout, materials, and site response.
It depends on size, site, and selections, but we won't hide behind that. Expect a realistic range in our first meeting and a fixed price before construction begins. Our design process ties every decision to its cost, with clear allowances, documented decisions, and a defined change-order process that help prevent avoidable surprises.
