From a home builder to a development company.
In March of 2007, Nate Porter built his first home in Fruita, Colorado. From there, Porter Homes grew into one of the Grand Valley's most respected custom home builders, combining creativity, craftsmanship, and modern concepts across Grand Junction, Fruita, Palisade, the Redlands, and the wider Western Slope.
Over twenty years, the work grew beyond custom homes. The company began to develop the land, plan the infrastructure, and create the communities the homes sit within, and to take on commercial construction with the same discipline.
That is why Porter Homes is now Mag 7 Development Group. The new name reflects what the company actually does today: one team spanning land development, custom homes, and commercial construction, accountable from raw land to finished neighborhood.
